DREAM

As I mentioned a few days ago I spent the morning watching the Inauguration with 4,000 + NYC students. It was truly a magical experience. No matter who you voted for it was moving watching these kids from Harlem and the South Bronx look up to a president that looks like them and seeing their future in front of them. It was amazing. I sat there during Obama's speech with a 2nd grader who has Sickle Cell Anemia on my lap. I will always remember this day.
