Holiday 2008 re-cap

So...it's been forever since I have graced this page but with the dawning of 2009 I hope to change that pattern!

Check out the slide show above - here is a re-cap of our holiday travels:
For Thanksgiving we flew to Austin to be with my family. We had a wonderful time eating, watching football, and enjoying Cirque de Soleil. We came back to NJ on Saturday to have our 2nd Thanksgiving with Dave's family on Sunday. It was a great time enjoying family.

For Christmas Eve and Day we spent it with Dave's family. We went to Christmas Eve church and had a delicious meal on Christmas Day. On the 26th we flew to Atlanta to stay with my mom's parents in the small town of Jackson, GA. While we were in Jackson we had the world's best BBQ and celebrated my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary! It was a joyous celebration! On the 29th the 5 of us loaded up the car and drove to Kiawah, SC. We spent a few days there with my dad's mom and his brother's family. It was nice a warm in the sun and we spend time riding bikes around the island and walking on the beach. My grandmom cooked wonderful meals and we never went hungry!

Now that we are back in New York I am hoping to get some rest before the year gets back underway at school. I have missed the kiddos but I will be glad to enjoy my last few days of rest!
